Island Better Hearing has been a family-owned small business in the Huntington area since 1971. Island Better Hearing is one of the oldest family owned and operated audiology and hearing aid dispensing practices in the tri- state area. Island Better Hearing has four full time Doctors of Audiology and a part time Doctoral level Pediatric certified Educational Audiologist. Over the years services have expanded to include diagnostic audiological evaluations, pediatric care, tinnitus evaluations and treatment, the evaluation of Auditory Processing Disorders (APD), cochlear implants, aural rehabilitation, and educational services in schools. Island Better Hearing has actively been involved in many professional organizations locally and nationally and works closely with state and local agencies.
